What Is the Best Time of Day to TAKE GLP-1 Supplements?
The practical supplement schedule during GLP-1 treatment: take digestive fiber support first thing with a full glass of water, then leave at least two hours before anything else. Take a multivitamin, probiotic and electrolytes mid-morning, with whatever food you are having. Take creatine and protein in the morning or early afternoon. Take melatonin-based sleep support about three hours before you intend to sleep, and apply scalp serum at night. If you are not eating breakfast, take the multivitamin with whatever fat you do have rather than skipping it. Consistency matters more than precise timing.

What is the best time of day to TAKE GLP-1 supplements?
Timing supplements during GLP-1 treatment matters more than under normal eating conditions, because appetite suppression, nausea and irregular meal patterns affect both absorption and whether you manage to take them at all.
First thing: TAKE Flow
One sachet emptied into a glass containing at least 8 fl oz (240ml) of still water, stirred well and drunk immediately, before food. Follow it with a further full glass of water.
Then leave at least two hours before anything else. The 3,000mg of psyllium husk in Flow can slow the absorption of nutrients and medication taken alongside it, which means taking it next to your multivitamin works against both. First thing in the morning is the simplest way to get that gap without having to think about it. Leave the same two hours between Flow and any prescription medication.
Always take Flow with a full glass of water. Psyllium absorbs liquid and expands. Taken with too little fluid it may swell and cause choking or blockage. Do not take it if you have difficulty swallowing. Not suitable for children under 12.
Mid-morning: TAKE Complete, TAKE Flora, TAKE Hydrate
Multivitamins and B vitamins are best taken with food, to help absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins and to reduce the nausea some people get taking a multivitamin on an empty stomach.* TAKE Complete goes with whatever you are eating.
Before taking TAKE Complete. The formula contains saw palmetto, which is studied for its effect on 5-alpha reductase. Because of that mechanism, TAKE Complete is not suitable during pregnancy, while nursing, or while trying to conceive. Full detail is on the product page.
Probiotics are best taken with or just before a meal, so TAKE Flora sits alongside Complete.*
Electrolytes and B vitamins. TAKE Hydrate is a scoop in water, sipped rather than downed. It can be a straightforward way to take in fluid on a day when plain water is unappealing.
If breakfast is not happening
Most supplement timing advice assumes three meals a day. You are on a medication whose entire purpose is that you eat less, and plenty of people on GLP-1 treatment stop eating breakfast altogether. So here is the honest version rather than the standard one.
Some fat is what matters, not a meal. Vitamins A, D, E and K absorb better alongside fat.* That can be a few nuts, a spoonful of yogurt, or a piece of cheese. If a TAKE Nourish shake is the first thing you have, take Complete with it.
If there is genuinely nothing, take it anyway. Partial absorption is better than a bottle you never open, and the habit is worth more over a month than the marginal absorption of any single dose. If a multivitamin on an empty stomach makes you queasy, move it to whenever your first food of the day actually arrives, even if that is 2pm.
Morning or early afternoon: TAKE Build and TAKE Nourish
Both are most practical earlier in the day, when appetite is usually at its most reliable and daily protein targets are easiest to meet. Creatine timing does not matter much; what matters is taking it consistently, because the effect comes from saturating muscle stores over weeks rather than from any single serving.*
If a Nourish shake is standing in for a meal, treat it as the meal. It is 20 to 21g of protein depending on flavour, in a serving you can finish, which is the point of it.
Night: TAKE Rest and TAKE Regrowth
TAKE Rest should be taken about three hours before you intend to sleep. Start with one capsule (5mg melatonin) and move to two capsules (10mg), the full label serving, if you need deeper support.* A bottle is 60 capsules: 60 nights at one capsule, 30 at two.
Before taking TAKE Rest. The formula contains St. John's Wort, which can reduce the effectiveness of hormonal contraception and interacts with SSRIs, SNRIs and other antidepressants, as well as many other prescription medications. If you take an antidepressant, hormonal birth control, or any prescription medication, speak to your prescriber first. Full detail is on the product page.
TAKE Regrowth is applied at night, to a clean and dry scalp. Four to six drops, parted through the areas where you are noticing the most shedding, worked in with fingertips. Do not rinse it out, and apply it before any other styling product. It is the one Essential with no timing to think about around food, because it never goes near your stomach.
Before using TAKE Regrowth. The serum contains saw palmetto, so it is not suitable during pregnancy, while nursing, or while trying to conceive. It also contains soybean germ extract and wheat germ extract. Do not use it if you have a soy or wheat allergy. Full detail is on the product page.
How much you are actually drinking
Worth saying plainly. Flow, Hydrate, Build and Nourish are four separate drinks. Taken together with the water Flow requires, that is well over a litre of fluid before you have drunk anything else or eaten anything, and fullness is the exact thing you are already managing.
So spread them out rather than stacking them. Flow first thing. Hydrate sipped across the morning rather than finished in one go. Build and Nourish in the early afternoon, and not in the same ten minutes. Most people run three or four of the eight Essentials rather than all of them, and the schedule is built to work that way.
A practical daily schedule
First thing: TAKE Flow, with a full glass of water and another after it. Then a two hour gap.
Mid-morning, with whatever food you are having: TAKE Complete, TAKE Flora, TAKE Hydrate.
Morning or early afternoon: TAKE Build, TAKE Nourish.
About three hours before sleep: TAKE Rest.
Night, on a clean dry scalp: TAKE Regrowth.
Keep Flow at least two hours from any prescription medication, and speak to your prescriber before taking Rest if you use hormonal contraception or take any prescription medication. TAKE Complete and TAKE Regrowth both contain saw palmetto and are not suitable during pregnancy, while nursing, or while trying to conceive.
