By accessing takecomplete.com or purchasing any TAKE product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this Site.

The Site and TAKE products are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

4. Orders and Payment
All prices are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
5. Subscribe and Save
Subscriptions are billed monthly at 10% off standard retail pricing. By enrolling you authorize TAKE to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date at no penalty. To cancel, log into your account or contact care@takecomplete.com. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days written notice.
6. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery within the United States typically takes 5 to 10 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT YOU WILL OBTAIN ANY PARTICULAR RESULT FROM USE OF ANY PRODUCT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAKE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS. YOU AND TAKE Complete Group Inc. WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS. Small claims court remains available for qualifying disputes. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing care@takecomplete.com with subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out."
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
