Where We Ship

TAKE currently ships within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

Free Shipping

All orders over $80 ship free. No code required.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within one to three business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping: five to seven business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website or via your TAKE account page.

Returns and Refunds

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every product in the TAKE system. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a full refund or product exchange. No questions asked.

How to Start a Return

Email us at care@takecomplete.com with your order number and we will take it from there. Our team responds within one business day.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within five to seven business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Opened Products

Powder and capsule products are eligible for return under our 30-day guarantee regardless of whether they have been opened. For hygiene reasons, opened topical products including TAKE Regrowth serum are non-returnable unless defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at care@takecomplete.com with a photo of the damage within seven days of delivery. We will ship a replacement at no charge.
