We stand behind every product in the TAKE system. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at care@takecomplete.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or product exchange.
How to Start a Return
Email care@takecomplete.com with your order number and reason for your return. Our team will provide return instructions.
Opened Products
Capsule and powder products are eligible for return under our 30-day guarantee regardless of whether they have been opened. For hygiene reasons, opened topical products including TAKE Regrowth serum are non-returnable unless the product is defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email care@takecomplete.com with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement at no charge.
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped are subject to this 30-day guarantee. To avoid being charged for a future subscription order, cancel before your next billing date.
Non-Returnable Items
Products returned after 30 days of delivery. Opened topical serums unless defective. Products used in a manner inconsistent with product instructions.
