Subscribe and Save — Cancellation Terms
You may cancel your TAKE Subscribe and Save subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date with no penalty and no cancellation fee.
How to Cancel
Log into your account at takecomplete.com and navigate to your subscription settings, or email care@takecomplete.com with your order details and cancellation request.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellations submitted before your next billing date will take effect immediately and you will not be charged for the following month. Cancellations submitted after your billing date has passed cannot be applied retroactively to that order. If your order has already been processed and shipped it is subject to our standard 30-day return policy.
Skipping a Delivery
You may skip an upcoming delivery by logging into your account and updating your subscription settings before your next billing date.
Modifying Your Subscription
You may change the products in your subscription, update your shipping address, or update your payment method at any time through your account settings or by contacting care@takecomplete.com.
