How To Take It
ServingEmpty one sachet into a glass containing at least 8 fl oz (240ml) of still water, stir well, and drink immediately. Follow it with a further full glass of water. Once or twice daily, separately from meals. The mixture thickens as it stands, which is normal for psyllium and does not affect the product. Raspberry flavoured, sweetened with stevia leaf. 30 sachets per jar, 90g net.
Always take with a full glass of waterPsyllium absorbs liquid and expands. Taken with too little fluid it may swell and cause choking or blockage. Do not take it if you have difficulty swallowing. Not suitable for children under 12.
Space it apart from medication and other supplementsSoluble fiber can slow or reduce absorption of oral medication and nutrients taken at the same time. Leave at least two hours between Flow and any medication. If you also take TAKE Complete or TAKE Flora, take those at a different point in the day so the fiber does not interfere with them.

Can I take Flow at the same time as my other TAKE products?Take it separately.
