Your appetite dropped. Your protein went with it.
The target does not move because your appetite did.
GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro® and Zepbound® make it easier to eat less. They also make it harder to take in enough protein to support the lean mass your body relies on for strength and mobility.*
Weight loss does not distinguish between fat and lean tissue, and some lean mass goes with any significant loss. Protein intake is one of the few things shown to help: across 24 trials, higher protein during energy restriction preserved more fat-free mass than standard protein, an effect the researchers describe as modest.*
What makes sense is a protein source you can actually finish, every day. When you are eating less, getting enough protein gets harder. Nourish puts 20g of plant protein into a small-volume serving designed for a smaller appetite.*
Eating less should not mean missing what matters.
Built to fit the appetite you have. Not the one you had.
Sized for full meals.
Most are formulated for people eating full meals, not for reduced intake.
Sized for a smaller appetite.
Two scoops in 6 to 8 oz. A small-volume serving designed for days when a full shake feels like too much.*
A serving you can finish
One serving in 6 to 8 oz, not a meal-sized volume.
Two plant protein sources
Fava bean protein isolate paired with fermented yeast protein, not a single source.
No dairy. No whey.
Vegan and non-GMO, with no gluten. Sweetened with stevia.
Made for daily use
24 servings per tub, designed to fit a reduced-appetite routine.*
Two scoops, a small glass, done.
- Add two scoops. That is one serving.
- Mix into 6 to 8 oz of water or a beverage you already enjoy.
- Drink it once a day, as part of your routine.

Two protein sources. Nothing hidden.
The foundation of the blend. A dairy-free plant protein, paired with fermented yeast protein rather than relying on fava alone.*
How the blend works- Fava bean isolate forms the protein base.
- Fermented yeast protein broadens the protein sources.
- Together, in a small-volume serving designed for a smaller appetite.*
Made through fermentation and paired with the fava base. Most individual plant proteins are limited in at least one amino acid, which is why Nourish blends two.
Medium-chain triglycerides take a more direct absorption route than the long-chain fats in most foods. Here they add a compact source of energy to a small serving.*
A soluble fiber source. On the Vanilla panel it sits below the level at which a fiber amount is declared, so we are not going to sell you Vanilla as a fiber product.
A daily habit, not a one-off.
Consistency matters most
Protein counts across your whole day, every day. Nourish is made to be the easy part of that routine.*
Protein is one of three
Adequate protein, resistance movement, and creatine to support that work all influence how much of what you lose is fat rather than muscle.* Nourish covers the first.
Your target is personal
Needs vary with body size, age, activity and how much you are eating. Your provider can help you set yours.
What does Nourish taste like?
Nourish comes in Chocolate and Vanilla, both sweetened with stevia. Chocolate is made with two cocoa powders, while Vanilla contains no cocoa. Mix it with water or a beverage you already enjoy.
How does Nourish fit into my GLP-1 routine?
Mix two scoops into 6 to 8 oz of water or your preferred beverage, once a day. The smaller volume is designed to make daily protein feel more manageable when appetite is low.* If you have questions about your medication or your own protein target, ask your provider.
Who is Nourish for?
Nourish is made for people on GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro® and Zepbound® who find it harder to reach their protein target through food alone. It is vegan and non-GMO, with no dairy, whey or gluten. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, check with your provider before starting.
How much protein do I need on a GLP-1?
Protein needs vary with body size, age, activity and overall food intake. During active weight loss, some evidence-based guidance uses approximately 1.0 to 1.2g of protein per kilogram of body weight daily. That guidance was developed for older adults rather than for people on GLP-1 medications specifically, so ask your provider to help set the right target for you.
Does protein matter for muscle on a GLP-1?
Some lean mass loss accompanies any significant weight loss, and weight loss does not distinguish between fat and lean tissue. Across 24 trials, higher protein intake during energy restriction was associated with preserving more fat-free mass than standard protein intake, by a modest but consistent margin.* Protein and resistance movement are the two levers with the strongest evidence behind them, and consistency matters more than any single serving.
Should I choose Chocolate or Vanilla?
They are two different formulas rather than one formula flavored twice. Chocolate carries slightly more protein and less sugar, and declares dietary fiber plus small amounts of vitamin D, iron, phosphorus and magnesium. Vanilla is the more neutral base if you plan to blend it into other things. Both are 24 servings, both are vegan, and neither contains dairy, whey or gluten.
Can I take Nourish after bariatric surgery?
Protein and supplementation needs after bariatric surgery are individualized. Follow your surgical team's plan, and check with them that the serving, ingredients and nutrition profile fit before adding Nourish.
How long does a tub last, and can I subscribe?
Each tub holds 24 servings, so one a day lasts a little over three weeks. If you use it every day you may want a delivery interval slightly shorter than a month. Subscriptions save 10%, and you can pause, skip or cancel anytime.
What if Nourish isn't right for me?
Nourish comes with our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with it, email care@takecomplete.com within 30 days of delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
